CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
HIP-HOP - Monday 7:30pm
High-energy, feel-good dance combos set to current and classic tracks. Great for cardio, confidence, and letting loose after work.
BALLET - Tuesday 7:30
A welcoming, feel-good approach to ballet for adults who want to move, stretch, and reconnect with dance.
Each class begins at the barre to refine posture and technique, flows through gentle center work for balance and strength, and offers a relaxed, supportive environment perfect for beginners or anyone returning to the barre after years away.
DANCE CARDIO - Wednesday 7:30
Sweat it out! This high-energy class blends easy-to-follow dance-inspired cardio with body-weight strengthening and a mat section for core work and cool-down stretch. Expect great music, nonstop movement, and a full-body burn that leaves you glowing. No dance experience needed! Just bring your love for music, movement, and a good sweat!
TAP - Tuesday 11:30
Perfect for beginners or those returning to tap! This upbeat, feel-good class focuses on musicality, rhythm, and the joy of movement, all while offering a gentle, low-impact workout. Whether you're brushing up on basics or tapping for the first time, you'll build confidence and have a blast. Curious but don’t have tap shoes? Borrow a pair on your first day and give it a try!
CHAIR-LESQUE - Thursday 7:30
Chair-lesque combines the art of chair choreography, heels dance, and a sexy flair. Build strength, unleash your inner siren, and learn fun, sultry routines that are both empowering and unforgettable. Heels are optional- confidence is guaranteed!
