FAQ's
HOW MANY PRE-SALE WEEKS CAN I BUY?
As many as you want! There will be 9 weeks of summer camp, so you may purchase any amount between 1 and 9.
CAN I CHOOSE MY DATES NOW?
Not yet. You may buy and save on as many of our 9, Summer 2020 weeks of camp, until MIDNIGHT, Monday, Sept 16, and you will be given 1st choice of dates during our exclusive VIP early registration in January.
CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS/REFUNDS
Purchased pre-sale weeks must be scheduled on or before May 1, 2020
You may cancel your pre-sale purchase for a FULL REFUND at any time prior to May 1, 2020. Once your pre-sale camp weeks have been scheduled, our standard transfer/refund policies apply.
If you purchase pre-sale weeks but don't end up using them in 2020, you may use them as credit (purchase value only) toward future camp weeks.
EXTENDED CARE
Extended care is not included in our pre-sale weeks and credits may not be applied toward future extended care registration.
