We are so excited to be expanding our Classical Ballet Programming and need YOUR help to choose between two INCREDIBLE faculty members.
These two Ballerinas are at the final stages of their interviews with us and will be teaching one, 30 minute demo each, to a class at SFK.
Demo Classes will be SOCIALLY DISTANCED and OUTSIDE in our new open air dance complex, in front of our Runway, Playa Vista studio.
Masks required.
SCHEDULE
There will be TWO, separate, 30-minute demos (one by each instructor).
Please only register if you can stay for both classes. Spaces are very limited.

3:30 - 4:00pm Discussion/Hang-out/Rest (supervised by Miss Michelle and/or Miss Jasmine.)

4:30 - 4:45pm Discussion, Hang-out
4:45pm PICK-UP
Please Wear: Fitted Ballet/Dance Attire, Ballet Shoes, or socks. Hair secured up and back in a ponytail, bun, or braid. (Ballet bun preferred)

faculty bios
Miss Carmen
Carmen graduated from the Pacific Northwest Ballet School. PNB is recognized as one of the top 3 Ballet training institutions in the United States with its Director receiving his dance training under the directorship of George Balanchine. Carmen then went on to receive her Graduate degree from the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, is currently a dancer at American Contemporary Ballet, and continues to teach the PNB syllabus- beginning through advanced/Pointe.
Miss Laura
Laura was awarded dance scholarships to The Boston Ballet School, The Kirov Academy, Walnut Hill School for the Arts, Tulsa Ballet, The Harid Conservatory, and Pacific Northwest Ballet School. After graduating as a dance major from Denver School of the Arts, she performed with the Lemon Sponge Cake Contemporary Ballet and David Taylor Dance Theater before joining the Alonzo King LINES Ballet Training Program. Laura continues to teach ballet, pointe, variations, and pas de deux to students ages three to fifty-three.
